Khusus yang ls2208 menggunakan jenis sensor LASER sedangkan yang li2208 menggunakan Linear Imaging, kemudian dari model dan ukuran sudah pasti berbeda. Untuk yang penting daya baca barcodenya pasti lebih efektif menggunakan yang jenis LS (Laser).
